About our foundation

Our mission
To bring the warmth of togetherness to families facing health challenges by providing home-like spaces where they can stay close to one another, even when far from home.
Common Ground Foundation was born in 2022 from the heartfelt belief that family is community, and that every family on a medical journey deserves the warmth of togetherness in a home-like space, even when they are far from home. Founded by Belinda and Georgie Keats and their friend Felicity Burton, the journey began with a simple garden party idea that blossomed into a sold-out black-tie rodeo. That first spark fueled their passion to keep making a meaningful difference for as many families as possible.
We believe that family is community, and no one should have to face their hardest moments alone.
